Lieutenant Luft Benedict is a Chiss from Csilla and an officer in the Republic Navy.
Description[]
Luft Benedict is a stiff-backed Chiss of moderate build. His dark hair is pulled away from his temples and into a stubby knot, and he is seldom seen without the uniform of the Republic Navy: a dusky, gray-green tunic belted once about the waist and again over the shoulder marks him an officer, and the single button fastening the garment to his shoulder indicates his command. He wears tall black boots and a blaster pistol in a holster at his side.
Benedict's rank cylindars, high collar insignia and ceremonial saber delineate him a Captain.

Luft Benedict IV is a Chiss from Csilla born to family of some import, but not overly so. His was a privileged youth and he was destined for a military career like his father's - if not in the Csilla defense forces then the Republic! After distinguishing himself with small arms at the Academy on Coruscant, he continued his training with the Republic Marine Corps and has had a few posts on quick-deployment craft.
